Membrane, Framing and Plastering Works - Warwickshire
Ground levels of the property had contributed to damp staining to numerous walls to the Utility Room area of the property. Existing plaster was completely removed to all walls to allow the installation of restraint straps. A chemical DPC was then installed.
Isolating membrane was installed to walls previously affected by damp staining prior to a metal studwork frame being erected to all walls. Due to the area having storage cupboards wall mounted, a timber backing was then applied including a intumescent adhesive prior to plasterboard being fixed. Alterations to the plumbing of the room was carried out by professional plumbing contractors.
The area was then re-plastered prior to skirting board being installed.
