Cellar Conversion For Dry Storage - Stourbridge
Conversion of an existing cellar on a terraced house into a dry storage area. Works included excavation of existing floor to allow for perimeter drainage and sump, which housed a single pump system and high-water alarm. Cavity drain membrane installed to the floor and part of the walls and over the brick settle, before a chipboard floor was laid, skirting board detail and new settle framed and plywood face and top added.
Retained brickwork walls were cleaned down and re-painted with masonry paint, all shelving etc. re-installed and existing light changed by a qualified electrician to a LED strip light and humidity controlled fan also installed.
